Servicing the Public
In accordance with Article 12 of L. 2472/97 any individual may have access to Tiresias SA/s Database so as to be informed whether any kind of personal data in his/her regard are stored there.
In order to provide better service to the interested parties, Tiresias SA has established two Public Service Offices which receive, handle and respond to such requests submitted in writing. Legal entities enjoy the same access right as well.
In case an interested party establishes an error affecting its credit record, it can submit an application requesting correction thereof.
In order to assure maximum data accuracy, Tiresias SA,
in accordance with its Data Processing Regulation (DPR), completes
(with an indication such as "paid", "cancelled", etc.) or delete
available data, provided adequate documentation is made available
to the company. For this purpose, Tiresias SA would like to advise
all interested parties, in order to best serve them, not to destroy
the checks and the bills of exchange that have been paid in undue
time.
For any transaction with Tiresias SA, the interested parties must bear in mind that it is necessary to present their ID/s or passports and additionally any relevant application and documents.

Client Info
Application form regarding information on data of the Tiresias SA database for private individuals* and corporate entities*.
PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
The application must be mailed fully completed and signed (the signature/s authentication should be certified by a Public Authority) or delivered in person or by an authorized representative of the applicant at Tiresias SA's offices.
CORPORATE ENTITIES
The applicant must be the company's legal representative as defined in its Articles of Association (for personal companies) or the Official Gazette (for Societe Anonyme or Limited Liability Companies) for the legalisation of the representatives, which must be submitted along with the application.The applicant must also follow the instructions given above for the private individuals.
Completions - Deletions

- CCS: Data are deleted in the following
cases
- TMS: Data are maintained in Tiresias SA database
for 5 (five) years
- IPS: The data of the system are stored without
time limitation, unless the declaration or loss/theft has been
revoked.

Corrections
Procedure for correction of incorrect data
In case of detection of an error or inaccuracy in the database' s records that Tiresias SA maintains, any interested party can submit an application followed by the necessary documentation, requesting correction thereof at the Client service Office.
Non appearance of data/ No Access
Procedure for non appearance of DFO & MPS data
Any entity (private individual or corporate entity) who does not
wish the appearance of data that are maintained in the Default Financial
Obligations System (DFO) & Mortgages and Prenotations to Mortgages
System (MPS) can submit a relevant application to the Client
Service Office.
Application form regarding non-appearance of data for private individual or corporate entity can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format*.
Upon satisfaction of their request in the place of the data in
the database is written : "Does not wish the appearance of
data regarding his/her/its credit profile".
No Access to CCS data
Every subject with data in the CSS has the right to submit an application
to Tiresias SA forbidding the access to his/her/its data. The application
can be submitted directly to Tiresias SA or to a bank which will
forward it to Tiresias SA.
Upon satisfaction of their request and until its revocation (if
desired by the subject) the following message will appear: "Does
not wish access to his/her/its data".
Passports - IDs
Application form for insertion into the database of data regarding loss/theft of ID card/passport.
Any individual who does not wish the appearance of his application regarding loss/theft of ID card/passport may submit a relevant application to the Client Service Office.
